We are seeking an Indigenous Relations Coordinator to play a key role in establishing sustainable and respectful relationships with Canada's Indigenous communities.

The successful candidate will develop strategies for building lasting relationships with Indigenous Peoples, aligned with best practices and internal initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a strategy for building lasting relationships with Indigenous Peoples
  • Providing strategic advice on maintaining relationships with communities, organizations, and clients
  • Identifying and monitoring issues and needs of the communities, clients, and partners

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in environmental sciences, sustainable development, Indigenous studies, or related field, and 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

A strong understanding of Indigenous history, culture, and governance structures, as well as fluency in both official languages (English and French), are essential requirements.
