About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 16-20 staff members to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with staff members, provide coaching and training, and address any performance issues promptly.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment effectively to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
