Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a variety of hands-on tasks, including building, testing, and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new products and manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure high-quality production by adhering to strict quality control standards and procedures.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Technology Certificate or Diploma from a reputable technical institution (mechatronics, robotics, manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, or similar).
  • Experience in product assembly or technical hobby in mechanics or electronics.
  • Soldering experience and proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings and schematics, as well as wiring diagrams.
  • Experience using electronic testing equipment, such as multi-meters.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to build components from specifications.
  • Experience in quality control and measurement of components.
  • Experience soldering under a microscope.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and Word.
  • A meticulous, precise, and detail-oriented approach.

Compensation and Benefits

DarkVision offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 per year, with opportunities for variable pay and professional growth.
