The Canadian Red Cross (CRC) is seeking a highly skilled Instructor Trainer to join our team. As a leading humanitarian organization, we are committed to delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs to instructors and monitors, ensuring they meet the necessary certification standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the National Standards for First Aid Training and ensure all training programs meet the required standards.
- Evaluate participants based on established criteria.
- Utilize CRC's training systems and resources.
Requirements:
- Valid Instructor Trainer certification in a specific discipline (e.g., Psychological First Aid, First Aid for Professionals, Wilderness and Remote First Aid).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
