Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Corky's Liquor Store is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail business, including staff management, merchandise procurement, and budget planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising employees.
  • Merchandise Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses to ensure the financial health of the store.
  • Work Setting: Work in a fast-paced urban area, managing a liquor and wine store with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
