Job Overview

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Consumer Experience Transformation Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the overall consumer experience across various channels, ensuring seamless interactions and loyalty.

About the Role

  • This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies aimed at improving consumer satisfaction and experience.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in relevant fields, with expertise in consumer behavior, market research, and consumer journey mapping.
  • We are looking for someone who can think creatively and innovate impactful ideas that enhance the consumer experience.
  • The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement strategies to improve consumer experience and satisfaction.
  2. Analyze consumer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other channels to inform data-driven insights and recommendations.
  3. Develop and launch consumer experience toolkits across various levels of the organization.
  4. Foster a culture of consumer advocacy within Bayshore HealthCare, ensuring that consumer needs and perspectives are considered in all decision-making processes.
  5. Track and report on consumer experience KPIs, such as NPS, CSAT, and CES, to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve consumer experience processes and strategies with technology solutions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in relevant fields, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and consumer journey mapping.
  • Proven ability to interpret large amounts of data, multi-task, and solve problems creatively.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM programs and emerging market research techniques.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and translate data insights into compelling, actionable recommendations.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum.
