Job Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure staff are meeting performance expectations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports as required, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 to 48 hours per week.
