We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team at Leap Recruitment Partners in Toronto, ON.

About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, and meeting client demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit qualified candidates for various client orders daily.
  • Utilize multiple recruitment channels to source top talent, including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Indeed, and Kijiji.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to ensure candidate suitability for clients' needs.
  • Strategically post job openings on various job boards, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize social media posts and leverage employment centers to expand our network.
  • Maintain relationships with job fair organizers and regularly update our company website with new job postings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of Canadian recruitment experience is required.
  • High-volume recruitment or staffing agency experience is essential.
  • The successful candidate must be flexible and able to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • An HR diploma or degree is considered an asset.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel is expected.
