About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team at Dentalcorp. As a key member of our Recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring dental professionals across our regional portfolio of dental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent through various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, networking events, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute tailored recruitment campaigns.
  • Pre-qualify, interview, assess, and evaluate candidates, guiding hiring decisions and extending job offers.
  • Manage job offer letters, background checks, and reference checks.
  • Maintain talent metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build partnerships with dental associations, universities/colleges, and industry groups in collaboration with our Campus Manager.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Dentalcorp, promoting our employer brand and attracting top talent.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey opportunities and engage candidates.

  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for leveraging data to inform decisions.
