Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario INC o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Standing for extended periods and walking
Work Environment

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and walk frequently.
