Millwright (Afternoons) - Industrial Maintenance

Inovata Foods is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in Tillsonburg, Ontario. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and gearboxes to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines.
- Work safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and applicable health and safety legislation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, reporting equipment failures and breakdowns to lead hands.
- Evaluate causes of failures and suggest preventive/corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Accurately complete related departmental paperwork and documents.
- Conduct preventive maintenance programs and maintain records.
- Journeyperson Certificate is required.
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong mechanical background and fabrication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience with TIG welding, electrical, boilers, and refrigeration compressors.
