Inovata Foods is a leading food manufacturing company seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in Tillsonburg, Ontario. As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and gearboxes to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines to ensure food safety.
- Work safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and applicable health and safety legislation.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and record-keeping to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement preventive measures to prevent equipment failures and breakdowns.
- Journeyperson Certificate in Millwrighting.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
- Proficiency in fabrication, mechanical skills, and experience with TIG welding, electrical, boilers, and refrigeration compressors.

- Shift premium for afternoon and night shifts.
This role requires daily exposure to a food processing environment, which includes dampness and cold temperatures. You may be required to work varying shifts, including weekends, to support customer presentations and production trials.
This position requires manual dexterity and the ability to use various tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
