Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager - Strategic Planning will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic supply chain plans, including day-to-day management of the planning team and leading supply chain innovations activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Lead the planning team to ensure effective day-to-day management and execution of supply chain activities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for supply chain innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes.
  • Manage and develop the planning team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent and industry-related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience leading operational functions, proven leadership skills with strong business sense, demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes and strategy, and relationships to financial planning.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Solid understanding of the beverage industry and all key cost drivers. Solid knowledge and understanding of distribution and related planning processes. Solid technical skills and a reputation as a leader of change.
  • Broad strategic thinker with clear vision and passion for continuous improvement as a critical business philosophy. Strong interpersonal capabilities and able to work cross-functionally with others at all levels on sensitive issues.
  • Proficient level knowledge on VPO/DPO processes. Expert knowledge of AB-InBev management processes. Strong financial analysis abilities.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, WMS, and Microsoft Office suite.
