Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage a team of technical experts in providing power systems, telemetry, communications, and associated technical services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, team management, customer engagement, and continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage work assignments to ensure optimal utilization of team members and contractors in delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.
- Develop and/or oversee project plans and resources for equipment installation, customer care, and ongoing maintenance to meet project scope and client requirements.
- Responsible for new construction projects and maintenance/testing services in high-voltage environments.
- Develop and implement systems to ensure the effective and timely delivery of projects.
- Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
- Monitor service level expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of service delivery.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace, including proper work procedures, documentation, safety standards, training, safety audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Post-secondary education in a related technical field (e.g., electrical engineering, electrical technician/technologist), or other relevant work experience.
- ~5+ years related work experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, CRM, MS Project).
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
