Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at BRAMCITY LOGISTIC INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and designing and managing investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Control
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
    • Monitor and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Review and update policies and procedures as needed to ensure they remain effective.
  • Investment Strategy
    • Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform investment decisions.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Oversee the preparation of financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure effective execution of financial plans.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial planning and control, policy development, and investment strategy.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
