Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Park Inn Motel. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient hotel operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Health care plan
- Permanent work term
- 37.5 hours per week
- English language
