Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Learning and Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development programs that meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance consulting approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs that align with business objectives and meet the needs of our organization
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop comprehensive learning pathways
  • Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program success
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Leadership Development, Talent Management, Instructional Design)
  • Proven leadership development and/or talent management experience
  • Progressive experience in leadership development, talent management, learning & development, project/program management, and/or Organisational Development
  • Strong communication skills, including written and oral communication
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand broader impact of issues and risks
  • Highly organized, with proven attention to accuracy and detail
  • Advanced practical experience using Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Salary Information

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
