We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at JSP Insurance & Financial Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of recruitment, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coach employees, and develop training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Manage the HR budget, including payroll, benefits, and employee expenses.
  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Analyze employee data and metrics to inform HR decisions and improve business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
