Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team at Manitoba Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet customer demands
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as required
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and implement menu plans, ensuring variety and quality
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service leadership role
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
