Stock Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire #636. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our merchandise is accurately stocked and displayed.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of grocery clerks and shelf stockers to ensure that merchandise is accurately stocked and displayed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that merchandise is rotated regularly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role is preferred.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy loads.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
