Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to optimize merchandise displays and promotions, driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer interactions, and sales promotions.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work 30 to 35 hours per week.
