Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
