Job Title: Video Game Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Game Art Director to join our team at Original Fire Games LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic aspects of our game development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of artists to ensure high-quality visual content.
  • Plan, organize, and direct the artistic aspects of production, including concept art, character design, and environment art.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure that artistic vision aligns with project goals and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the game's art style and ensure consistency throughout the project.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure that artistic elements support the game's overall design and gameplay.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent understanding of art principles, color theory, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with 3D graphic software and Unity3D is a plus.
