About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Game Art Director to join our team at Original Fire Games LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and mentor a team of artists to ensure high-quality deliverables.
    • Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute artistic vision.
  • Artistic Direction
    • Develop and maintain the artistic style and tone of our games.
    • Work closely with the design team to ensure cohesive and engaging gameplay experiences.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, including Adobe Photoshop, 3D graphic software, and Unity3D.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of artistic assets.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the video game industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of art direction and visual storytelling.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
