Job Title: Video Game Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Game Art Director to join our team at Original Fire Games LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic aspects of our game development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of artists to ensure high-quality visual content.
  • Plan, organize, and direct the artistic aspects of production, including concept art, character design, and environment art.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and programmers to ensure a cohesive and engaging gaming experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the game's art style and vision.
  • Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on art direction and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality visual content on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines and processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
