CMHC Credit Risk Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Mortgage Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Credit & Risk Management group, you will be responsible for maintaining the currency of all departmental pipeline reports. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, contacting Lending Partners to follow up on and administering renewals and loan extensions on SIT. Additionally, you will be responsible for loan set-up in SIT, renewal and extension processing in SIT, and special projects required by management. You will work closely with Lending Partners, staff within the Credit & Risk Management group, and other internal departments to ensure timely status updates on securitization pools and loan maturities are recorded.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in management reporting, loan administration, and special projects. You will also have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the currency of all departmental pipeline reports.
