Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizzawingsandsnacks. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
