Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pizzawingsandsnacks. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we get the best value for our budget
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships with our customers
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our brand and attract new customers
- Lead and instruct individuals, providing guidance and support to our team members
- Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service
- Provide customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
