JJORTATION INC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Answer electronic enquiries.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Provide customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Own transportation.
