Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our team as a Corporate Law Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients in a wide range of corporate law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities law.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulations and provide guidance to clients accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Law degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in corporate law.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
