Goodfellow & Schuettlaw is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Commercial and Real Estate Lawyer to join our team in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and real estate law.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
  • 2-7 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on real estate and construction law.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
