As a Scientific Collaboration Specialist in Endocrinology and Weight Management, you will play a crucial role in serving as a scientific resource for Canadian experts in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to requests for in-depth scientific information from the medical community, providing the latest scientific literature, research from major conferences, updates on educational activities, and pipeline research.

This position requires strong presentation skills, with the ability to critically appraise scientific information and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. You will work closely with scientific experts and thought leaders to better inform Lilly's research and strategic direction. By facilitating scientific exchange between academia and Lilly, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to understand and effectively utilize approved resources, administrative procedures, and legal requirements to address customer needs and support internal business objectives.

We are seeking an individual with an advanced degree in health sciences (PhD, MD, Pharm D) or equivalent experience in clinical or therapeutic areas related to diabetes. Proficiency in English is essential, with French being an asset.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
