About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cargo Agent to join our team at Services Aériens LUX inc. as a key member of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load Planning and Management: Plan and coordinate the loading and unloading of cargo and passenger baggage to ensure efficient and safe transportation.
  • Cargo Handling and Processing: Handle and process cargo and baggage, including sorting, routing, and loading/unloading.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and suppliers, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations, including transportation and delivery.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move cargo and baggage.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize monitoring and tracking software to track cargo and baggage, and ensure accurate and efficient logistics operations.
  • Transportation and Travel: Possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel as required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and be able to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Experience and Education: Possess 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
