beBee Professionals is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings. The ideal candidate will have a valid RPN license in Canada and completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and well-being.
- Valid RPN license in Canada.
- Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
