Job Title: Life Insurance Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Advisor to join our team at Traci Langill Insurance Agency. As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for establishing personalized relationships with clients, educating them on our insurance products, and helping them make informed decisions about their financial security.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify potential insurance gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement customized insurance plans to meet clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and support business growth.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Insurance Sales experience (required).
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Property and Casualty license (must have) RIBO or OTL.
  • Life and Health license (must have).
  • Strong understanding of technology.
  • Product/sales experience (required).
  • College diploma in a related field.
  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as claims, sales or service would be an asset.
  • MUST HAVE CAR AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
