About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Respirologist to join our team at the Division of Pediatric Respiratory Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, University of British Columbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching, and research in the field of pediatric respiratory medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care to patients with respiratory conditions, including cystic fibrosis, severe asthma, and sleep disorders
  • Conduct research in pediatric respiratory medicine, with a focus on advancing knowledge and improving patient outcomes
  • Teach and mentor students, residents, and fellows in pediatric respiratory medicine
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices in pediatric respiratory medicine
Requirements

The successful candidate will have an MD (or equivalent) and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or equivalent certification in pediatric respiratory medicine. Additional certification and/or fellowship training in sleep medicine is an asset.
