About the Position

The Division of Pediatric Respiratory Medicine at BC Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Respirologist to join our team. As a Clinical Academic in Pediatric Respiratory Medicine, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting research, and teaching the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to children with respiratory disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex cases.

Contribute to the development of clinical research projects and publish research findings in reputable scientific journals.

Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of pediatric respiratory medicine.

Requirements

MD (or equivalent) and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or equivalent certification in pediatric respiratory medicine.

Eligibility for a specialist license, as determined by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.

Additional certification and/or fellowship training in sleep medicine is an asset.
