We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Thankful Too Seafood. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meals and individual foods, to meet the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Work Setting: This position is based in a restaurant environment, requiring a fast-paced and physically demanding work style.
- Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate will be able to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks.
