Solventum is a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions, and we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Acute Account Manager to join our team in Downtown Toronto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing new business opportunities within the designated geography.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
  • Maintain territory sales and drive growth by developing new business opportunities within the designated geography.
  • Accountable for fiscal growth targets and budgets, with a focus on KPIs within Salesforce.
  • Educate end-users on products and position Solventum as a solutions provider.
  • Work and collaborate with Solventum's internal sales and marketing team.
  • Manage selling cycles consisting of multiple touchpoints.
Your Skills and Expertise
  • Completion of post-secondary education (Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing) or 5 years of sales experience in a hospital environment.
  • 3 years of sales experience.
  • Current, valid driver's license.
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience with Surgical Solutions product portfolios.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus and consultative skills, with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs.
  • Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of healthcare sales and marketing processes.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce).
Work Location and Travel

Remote in Downtown Toronto sales territory. May include up to 10% travel, which may involve overnight stays.
