Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Running Room Grant Crossing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by asking open-ended questions to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all products offered and be able to share expertise with customers to meet their needs.
  3. Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  4. Store Operations: Assist with store management tasks, including social media and brand awareness initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 0-3 years of retail experience.
  2. Skills: Confident communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
