The Opportunity

As a Cashier at Michael Kors, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will work closely with our sales associates to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive sales through effective engagement and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs quickly and accurately
  • Process POS transactions efficiently and comply with all policies and procedures
  • Assist sales associates in determining customer needs and resolving client issues
  • Maintain store standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Drive omni-channel sales by utilizing available tools and technology

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant retail experience
  • Consistent and effective communicator with ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for fashion
  • Technologically savvy and detail-oriented
