Job Title: Customer Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Services Officer. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing support to customers in various fields, including English language, exams, and corporate services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set out by the organization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2) and Czech (C1).
  • Secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent.
