Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Altis Recruitment & Technology Inc.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information to resolve issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French).
  • Work Setting: Private sector.
Working Conditions:

The Customer Service Representative will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
