Tumaini Group Corporation is a leading catering firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional services to its clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the catering industry and excellent sales and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales and leadership roles, preferably in the catering industry.
  • Skills: Excellent sales and leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and database management.
