About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team in achieving the Community's sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Director of Sales in managing the community's sales & marketing database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  2. Maintain and update sales collateral, including marketing materials and presentations.
  3. Coordinate and obtain all required move-in paperwork, preparing the resident's administrative file and ensuring a smooth transition.
  4. Conduct resident orientations, ensuring each resident's move-in to their new home at Sunrise is successful and aligned with our shared values.
  5. May include conducting presentations with customers, showcasing the community's amenities and services.

Requirements:

  1. One year of experience in a sales administrative support role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  2. Previous customer service experience, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to handle multiple priorities, maintain organization, and meet deadlines.
  4. Possess excellent communication skills, including phone, written, and verbal skills for effective communication and presentation.
  5. Competent in organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  7. Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), and other relevant software applications.
  8. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
