Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and promoting products to customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
