Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 31 Shoe Avenue Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
