Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Office Systems Specialist to join our team at Konica Minolta. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing multifunctional products, resolving customer printing issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair multifunctional products to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
• Perform on-site service of multifunctional products to resolve customer printing issues
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and sales teams
• Manage parts and call management to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product developments
• Lead referrals and product promotions to existing customers
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer printing issues

Requirements

• 0-2 years of technical experience in electronics or software equipment repair
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft operating systems, printing, and common network concepts
• Basic awareness of common solutions and technologies
• Low to mid-end office systems certifications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate independently with occasional assistance
• Positive, outgoing, self-motivated, and committed to building strong customer relationships
• Valid travel documents and a valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to work standby and after-hours shifts as required
