Job Summary

Fountain Tire is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sales Associate and Tire Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger, light truck, truck, industrial, and OTR tires and wheels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and repair tires and wheels to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as automotive or commercial tire service
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract required
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
