About the Role
Fountain Tire is seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Tire Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger, light truck, truck, industrial, and OTR tires and wheels.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and repair tires and wheels to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Install and balance tires to meet manufacturer specifications
- Rotate and maintain tire inventory to ensure optimal performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
- Experience working on automotive or commercial tires is an asset
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
